HON. IBRAHIM RASAQ LEKAN STRENGTHEN SECURITY IN ORILE, AGUDA, COKER COMMUNITIES WITH 3 SECURITY VEHICLES TO POLICE; SAYS ‘THIS IS WHAT THEY REQUESTED AND WE PROVIDED IT’

Security of lives and properties is the platform upon which true development can stand. Thus, all hands must be on deck to ensure peace and stability within the community. This is the intention of the Chairman of Coker-Aguda LCDA, Hon. Ibrahim Rasaq Lekan when he delivered three security vehicles to the police stations in Coker-Aguda LCDA communities under his council.
He officially handover the security vehicles to the Nigeria Police officers during the celebration of his first 100 days in office. Hon. Lekan noted: ‘We have provided 3 security vehicles for Coker, Orile, and Aguda communities. We provided these security vehicles for the communities to fight insecurity. This is what they requsted and we provided it.’

Sharing briefly with Oki Samson of Trek Africa Newspaper on the gesture, the Vice Chairman, Hon. Matthew Olanrewaju Olaleye said: ‘The people of Coker-Aguda LCDA can see that we make things easy for them. We want everyone to be law-abiding and peaceful in their dealings. The new security vehicles will help to curb insecurity.’
In her laudation of the activities of Hon. Lekan, the former Chairman Hon. Omobolanle Akinyemi Obe noted: ‘I congratulate the good people of Coker-Aguda. By the time we come next year, I pray that he will do exceedingly more.’
With these three security vehicles, the young council boss, Hon. Lekan believes that security will be further strengthened in all the nooks and corners of Coker-Aguda LCDA.
