Few families have a unique characteristics that every member of the family is known for. There is an all-accountant family, an all-doctor family but the Ogunsan’s are an all-musical family. Everybody can sing.
Such an uncommon Grace for the Ogunsan’s. From the father, Ayodele to the mother, Ajoke, and the three daughters – Mercy, Joy, and Oluwaseun, everybody is a lover of music and they can all sing well whether in solo, as a duet, or as a group.

However, leading the pack in the musical family of Ogunsan, Trek Africa Newspaper can affirm, is the mother Ajoke – a songstress with over three decades of stage experience singing worship hymns and songs to the Lord Almighty. She has rendered the soul-inspiring works of great hymn writers like Fanny Crosby to the standing ovation of many.
It will not be unusual if there are regular singing competitions in the Ogunsan’s residence. This was evident during the Gospel Hymns and Songs Concert which held in celebration of the father’s 46th birthday celebration in Lagos, Trek Africa Newspaper can report.

One after the other, members of the family took turns to lead hymns, songs, and choruses during the celebration. Dr. Ayodele took soulful and powerful hymns like He touched me, No one ever cared for me like Jesus, among others.
On her part, Dr. Mrs. Joke Ogunsan sang All things in Jesus I found, Way Maker, Days of Elijah, among others. The three daughters – Mercy, Joy, and Oluwaseun – led the orchestra in the rendition of songs like You say, Thank You for being God, and What a wonderful world.

To cap it up, the couple doctors serenaded the duet, In the Garden. With that fantastic piece, Dr. Ayo reignited his love for his darling wife, Dr. Mrs. Ajoke. He also used the song to recount their love story to a cheering audience.
As a great ally of the super cops of the Nigeria Police, Trek Africa Newspaper can report how Dr. Ayo Ogunsan used Police terms to describe how he arrested his wife and put her permanently in the guardroom of love. ‘For the rest of your life, you will stay with me. You have to accept. You can’t even make calls because there was no GSM then’, Dr. Ayo Ogunsan recalled how he wooed his wife.
