VGN apprehends man for allegedly stealing prepaid meters in Ikorodu

The Vigilante Group of Nigeria (VGN) in Ikorodu, Lagos State, has apprehended a man for allegedly stealing prepaid meters in Ikorodu and its environs in Lagos State.
The man simply identified as Seyi claimed to be a worker with the Ikeja Electricity Distribution Company (IKEDC).
He was apprehended on Sunday, August 18, 2024 in Baiyeku, Igbogbo/Baiyeku in Ikorodu Division.
He confessed to have stolen and sold 30 meters within Ikorodu and its environs.
Seyi has since been handed over to the Police in Ikorodu.
So far, 30 meters have been recorded.
