Obasanjo illegally stopped Lagos allocation and even when Supreme Court ordered him to release the allocation, OBJ ignored the order. It was a Fulani President who released the fund eventually to Lagos!
Immediately after his Presidential reelection, OBJ relocated to Lagos to supervise Governorship election personally so as to sack Tinubu from Lagos. Tinubu, the only Governor in the AD SW who refused to support Afenifere’s stand to back the PDP candidate at the Federal level, fought with all he had and OBJ left lagos in shame…..Tinubu was the only Governor who returned, others who agreed with Afenifere lost their elections because OBJ dribbled them. That was the foundation of their hatred for TINUBU.
By 2007, Afenifere had collected their AD from Tinubu and Tinubu too had left their AD for them because the old men would not want Fashola to be Governor, they wanted Agbaje. Tinubu formed another Party called AC. It was easy to describe because it displaced AD from number one on the ballot. Afenifere campaigned vigorously against AC, OBJ campaigned against AC even more vigorously but FASHOLA won and TINUBU became the most dangerous enemy to both the PDP and Afenifere.
Unperturbed, by 2011, Tinubu has spread the goodwill of his Party to the nooks and crannies of the SW, and Afenifere had mismanaged the AD, OBJ had manipulated the AD into oblivion, still the Joseph’s brother continued their hatred for TINUBU.
TINUBU became the only stopper of the PDP in the SW even with the serial alliance of Afenifere, PDP could not rise again in the zone. The hate for Jagaban reached the roof top!
By 2015, Jagaban’s ACN had merged with likeminds from the Buhari’s CPC and others to do exactly what he did in the SW…..eradicate the PDP. By now, Tinubu has posed a grave danger to the existence of the PDP and relevance of Afenifere……
After the 2019 election, with the clear propaganda and ethnoReligious sentiments introduced by the PDP especially in the SW, BUHARI still defeated Atiku in the zone.
Therefore in 2020, a direct attack was launched against Tinubu by a group of hoodlums masquerading as protesters in Lagos, they destroyed anything that has Tinubu’s identity rightly or wrong. They wanted to kee him as they discussed this openly on the social media asking people to look for him anywhere in the world!
After this, a thug was mobilized in 2021 from Oyo North who started as a freedom fighter but eventually boasted that he would kee Tinubu unless Tinubu quits Presidential ambition. He swore by the name of God that he would kee him by sh***t**g him from behind during rallies……and like Afenifere and PDP kept quiet when he was been attacked in October 2020, they maintain the same stance. Tinubu was presented as the sole problem of Nigeria that must be crushed! The Thug and ballot snatching political errand hooligan said ” What we did for you in October is a child’s play, we will hit you hard this time”…..His godfathers have found a new bullet to remove their famous enemy but the Thug should ask OBJ and Afenifere who TINUBU is.
