SEN. TINUBU EMPOWERS COMMUNITY HEADS, BAALES WITH CASH, 50 MINI BUSES

Senator Oluremi Tinubu, OON representing Lagos Central Senatorial District has hosts 8th edition of her human capacity empowerment program in partnership with Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN) at Surulere LGA on Saturday, 16th January, 2021.
According to Senator Tinubu, “This year’s initiative is taking a different approach considering motorcycle and tricycle had been banned by the Lagos State Government in major areas including all LGAs in central senatorial district.
“The first batch of this empowerment features distribution of Fifty (50) Mini Buses and a sum of Fifty Thousand Naira (N50,000) for vehicle registrations and documentations to Baale’s, Traditional Heads and Community Leaders in Lagos Central.”

SMEDAN Chairman, Otunba Femi Pedro while congratulating all beneficiaries in his remark, urged them to utilize the Impactful empowerment opportunity afforded them by Senator Tinubu for the development of their respective communities.

Beneficiaries expressed their joy and gratitude to Senator Oluremi Tinubu for usually giving back to her constituents, and assured the mini buses will be put to good use for benefits of their communities.
