Foremost female security expert and Managing Director/CEO of Safety Signatures Ltd., Chief (Dr.) Cynthia Gregg has tasked women to participate actively in governance that will lead to betterment of society across all levels including locally, nationally, and globally, Trek Africa Newspaper can report. Dr. Cynthia Gregg who is the Executive of the thriving private security agency, Safety Signatures Ltd and also doubles as the Founder of the Gulf Flower Schools made the remarks upon receiving her Award and Official Certification as one of Trek Africa’s 25 most influential and Role model Women in Africa held at the prestigious Oriental hotel in Lekki Lagos.

Dr. Gregg revealed: ‘As women, we bring a distinct approach to governance, one that prioritizes collaboration, empathy, and inclusivity. We are natural problem-solvers, and our ability to multi-task and adapt makes us exceptional leaders.’

 

‘I urge you to take your rightful place in governance, locally and globally. We are the backbone of our communities, and our unique perspectives and experiences are crucial in shaping the decisions that affect our lives and society.’

 

‘Let’s encourage our girls to step up into greatness. They can take up careers in tech, STEM, security, arts, medicine, among others. Let’s not kill their passion with fear. Those of us paraded as top women today are in various professions but we didn’t allow fear despite the challenges in our fields. Let’s encourage our girls and young ladies.’

 

The multifaceted Dr. Cynthia Cregg is a Consultant, facilitator and trainer of international repute. She is a Lecturer at the Redeemed Christian Church of God Bible College, Lagos, Nigeria and an ordained Minister of God in the Redeemed Christian Church of God.

 

The Philanthropist who has made a positive mark in the business landscape, private security enterprise, education sector got her Honorary Doctorate Degree from the AMES Christian University, Florida, USA in affiliation with the International College of Ministry (AMES ICM Bible College).

 

Dr. Cynthia Gregg got her first degree in Theatre Arts and Mass Communications from the prestigious University of Benin, Nigeria before she moved on to get an Advanced Diploma Certificate in Security Operations and Management from the University of Lagos. This was followed by her Executive Masters of Business Administration [MBA] in Business & HR Management from the CommonWealth of Learning, Canada. She is also a Graduate of Lagos Business School and she is a Fellow of several Professional Bodies within and outside Nigeria.

 

She is a recipient of many local and international awards including the security industry certified NAOSNP Female Private Security Expert of the year bagged from the annual NAOSNP National Security Conference organized by the foremost security beat association, National Association of Online Security News Publishers, NAOSNP.

 

On an earlier platform, Dr. Cynthia Gregg described herself, ‘I am a powerful woman; I am a security practitioner, a school director, a parish pastor with RCCG and a certified mediator with Lagos Multi-door Court.’
