Saraki felicitates with Muslims over Ramadan completion

The Senate President, Dr Bukola Saraki, has appealed to Nigerians not relent or seized praying for peace of Nigeria, just as he felicitated with Muslim faithful on successful completion of Ramadan.

Through a a statement  by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Yusuph Olaniyonu, Saraki commended Federal Government for its effort over  tackling insecurity and other issue pressing issues that may having causing unrest in the country

The senate president implored Nigerians to use the season to promote national integration, saying “Eid-el-fitr is a time of love and goodwill. It gives us a message to love all and hate none”.

He said that in spite of numerous challenges in the country, Nigerian did not yet lose hope, adding that, only tolerance, stronger sense of patriotism and love for one another would help the country surmount her present socio-economic challenges.

“We have just ended a month-long fast, paving way for the Eid-el-fitr celebrations.We should therefore seize the opportunity to pray for the country and its leaders,” he said.
