Sanwo-Olu Gives Veteran Actress, Iya Awero, 3-Bedroom Apartment

Cheers and applause breezed round the atmosphere when Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, today, gifted veteran Nollywood actress Mrs. Lanre Hassan popularly known as Iya Awero, a three-bedroom flat from the newly commissioned Prince Abiodun Ogunleye Housing Scheme.
The senior special assistant to the governor on new media, Jubril Gawat, who made the disclosure via his official Twitter handle, disclosed that the gifted building is one of the houses in the newly commissioned Prince Abiodun Ogunleye Estate in Igbogbo in Ikorodu area of the state.
Iya Awero however, thanked the governor for his honorable gesture, while she also acknowledged the monarchs and honorable guests presents at the events, saying “thank you” contineously in yoruba language.
