ROTARY CLUB REGRETS PASSING OF ROTARIAN HON. OLAWALE OMITITI, CALLS IT ‘BIG SAD LOSS’

The Rotary Club of Mushin Golden received with rude shock the passing of its esteemed member, Rtn. Hon. Abdulsobur O. Olawale (aka. Omititi).

The late Rotarian slumped and died at the All Progressives Congress (APC) campaign rally in Jos, Plateau state yesterday.

Expressing his grief about the shock loss to Trek Africa Newspaper, the Charter President of the Rotary Club Mushin Golden, Dr. Ayo Adeyemi said: ‘This is a big, sad loss to Rotary Club locally and internationally. Hon. Olawale was a very active Rotarian in his lifetime. He was inducted as a member of Rotary Club in 2016/2017. And was in attendance at our last club event which is the Investiture of the new President of the Club, Engr. Sola Agboola.’

Born 12th March, 1964, Hon. Abdulsobur O. Olawale was a serving member of the Lagos State House of Assembly representing Mushin constituency 2 since 2015.

The Builder And Property Developer had previously served as Special Assistant to Lagos former Governor Bola Ahmed Tinubu On Transportation and as General Secretary, Ward G2 (Now B) Papa Ajao.
