RCCG CELEBRATES PASTOR E.A. AND PASTOR (MRS.) FOLU ADEBOYE ON THEIR 59TH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY

The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) worldwide gives thanks to Almighty God as our General Overseer, Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye, and our Mother-in-Israel, Pastor (Mrs.) Folu Adenike Adeboye, celebrate their 59th wedding anniversary.
For nearly six decades, their marriage has been a testimony of God’s faithfulness and an enduring example of love, friendship, prayer, sacrifice, mutual honour and commitment to God.
From their beginnings as a young couple in 1967 through decades of family life and global ministry, Daddy and Mummy G.O. have demonstrated that a marriage surrendered to Christ can become a blessing far beyond the home- strengthening families, the Church and generations.
We especially celebrate their remarkable partnership in ministry. Pastor (Mrs.) Folu Adeboye has stood faithfully alongside our General Overseer while building an impactful ministry of her own in Christian education, missions, humanitarian service and care for women, children and vulnerable communities.
Their 59-year journey offers a timely message in a world where marriage and family face growing pressures: strong marriages matter. Strong families matter. And marriages anchored in God can endure, flourish and become instruments of generational blessing.
Today, the RCCG family across the nations joins their children, grandchildren and the global Body of Christ in celebrating this remarkable milestone.
We pray that the Lord who has sustained Daddy and Mummy G.O. will continue to preserve them in strength and good health, renew their joy, deepen their companionship and cause their latter years to be even more glorious.
