President Tinubu Holds High-Level Security Meeting at Presidential Villa

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is currently presiding over a crucial closed-door security meeting with Nigeria’s top military and intelligence chiefs at the Presidential Villa, Abuja, amid growing national security concerns.
Those in attendance include the Chief of Defence Staff, the National Security Adviser, the Chiefs of Army, Navy, and Air Staff, the Director-General of the Department of State Services (DSS), the Director-General of the National Intelligence Agency (NIA), as well as the Inspector-General of Police.
The high-level meeting is expected to focus on the current security situation across the country, ongoing military operations, intelligence coordination, and strategies to tackle insurgency, banditry, kidnapping, and other threats to national peace and stability.
This development underscores the President’s continued commitment to strengthening Nigeria’s security architecture and ensuring the protection of lives and property nationwide.
