POLICE NABS 2 YOUTHS IN IKORODU FOR ARMED ROBBERY

The Nigeria Police, Lagos State Command has nabbed 2 youths for conspiracy and armed robbery in Ikorodu. This information was released to Trek Africa Newspaper during the parade of 32 suspects yesterday in Ikeja, Lagos.
When the young boys were paraded yesterday, the Police indicated, ‘Police operatives on patrol along Agric Ikorodu, apprehended two armed robbers namely; Kelvin Obinna, m, age 18yrs and Njoku Promise, m, age 24yrs who were being chased by an angry mob and recovered one fabricated assault rifle and a kitchen knife.
Upon investigation, the suspects confessed to being armed robbers and had snatched a Bajaj motocycle from a commercial rider at gun point at Ori Okuta Estate Agric, Ikorodu Lagos.’
‘They also confessed to mapping out a way to rob Bolakunmi Memorial Medical Health Centre located at Ikorodu. Case will soon be charged to court.’
