PHOTO NEWS: MAKINDE VISITS ALAAFIN OF OYO OVER OJA AKESAN FIRE INCIDENT

Oyo state governor, Seyi Makinde while in Oyo Town visited the royal father, His Imperial Majesty, Alaiyeluwa Làmídì Oláyíwolá Àtàndá Adéyemí III, the Alaafin of Oyo, to commiserate with him on the losses occasioned by the fire outbreak at Oja Akesan, and to inform him about his plans to handle the matter.
The governor, informed Kabiyesi that the Ministry of Works had levelled the market to ensure that work to rebuild can commence as soon as possible. He stated that his administration has already started the process of acquiring more fire trucks and ambulances to improve the state emergency services.
