INEC declares Hon. Napoleon Ukalikpe of the APC as the winner of the Ahoada East Constituency II by-election in Rivers State.
Ukalikpe was announced as the winner after polling 3,980 votes in the election, which was conducted without PDP and ADC participating as both opposition parties didn’t submit any candidate to INEC.

AA: 33 votes
APC: 3,980 votes
APN: 38 votes
BP: 11 votes
NNPP: 7 votes
YPP: 7 votes
ZLP: 6 votes.
