The Inspector-General of Police, IGP Usman Alkali Baba, psc(+), NPM, fdc, today 17th September, 2021, received the Honourable Minister of Women Affairs, Dame Pauline Tallen OFR, KSG, and the UN Women Country Representative to Nigeria and ECOWAS, H.E Comfort Lamptey, who were on a joint advocacy visit to the IGP at the Force Headquarters, Abuja. The meeting availed the Force and the visitors a platform to deliberate on strengthening the existing collaboration in advancing the cause of women and children in the country and addressing Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (SGBV).
