Palmadex MD/CEO, Dr. Benard Omoyeni Conferred With Transparency Africa Honour

Dr. Benard Omoyeni, MD/CEO of Palmadex Group, a multinational organization that focuses on trading and export of premium African food and agro products , has been conferred with the prestigious Transparency Africa Honour by Transparency Africa, a non-partisan global initiative poised to curb the menace of corruption, while encouraging transparency across private, public and civil sectors.
According to GODSPOWERPROJECT, the award was presented on Tuesday, May 26, during a private event at the Palmadex House in Lagos.
Dr. Benard Omoyeni, along with Dr. Patrick Omoyeni, Operations Manager of the Company, Ms Nnenne Azubuike, Business Development Manager, Mrs. Uzoma Omoyeni, Business Development Director, Frank Anyanwu, Accountant of the company and other key members of the Palmadex team were on ground to receive the honour.
The Nigerian delegates of Transparency Africa represented the Executive Secretary to present the honour to Dr. Benard with the African Transparency Certificate presented to Palmadex Group “due to her commitment for Transparency in Africa.”

In the opening speech of the Executive Secretary, delivered by Amb. Mosobalaje Goriola, Nigerian Representative of Transparency Africa.
Dr. Benard Omoyeni was selected for the award through a rigorous process that lasted for 5 months. The process which necessitated background evaluation and connections with anti graft agencies and financial institution to validate financial integrity administrative record and reputation of Dr. Benard Omoyeni, The verification process confirmed no adverse finding, thus providing the leverage to ratify him as a recipient of Transparency Africa Honour in April, given other criteria considered by the organization.
The approval of his nomination was communicated through a letter signed by the Executive Secretary of the organisation, Ambassador Afi Kunto.
According to him Transparency Africa”s vision is to create a corrupt free Africa both in public and private sectors for a better Africa.”
“Transparency Africa recently considered the impressive & transparent records of your personality and organization, thus ratified you for Transparency Africa Honour/Award.”
“Africa with its enormous natural resources and human capital is presently faced with the challenge of corruption that has continued to limit its socio – economic growth and development, so the objective of the honours is to promote a corrupt free Africa by honouring credible individuals who have been transparent in their dealings either in public or private sector.”
“Yours is not an exemption, as we have found you credible & transparent enough in your dealings as the MD/CEO of Palmadex Group Ltd and ambassador for transparency emancipation in Nigeria and Africa at large.”
Other members of the Transparency Africa team that visited Palmadex Head office to confer the honour on Dr. Benard Omoyeni include Mr Emmanuel Ogunsakin and Mrs. Jasmine Alo.
In his acceptance speech, Dr. Benard Omoyeni expressed great joy for the honour bestowed on him and Palmadex by Transparency Africa considering the significance of the honour from a reputable body promoting transparency, credibility, integrity and good governance in Africa.
According to the MD, the honour is received by the company as a landnark and legendary honour, as such, the company places high premium on the award coming from a noble organization such as Transparency Africa.

In his closing remarks Dr. Benard Omoyeni further reflected deeply on what the recognition from Transparency Africa symbolizes, for the past, present and future of Palmadex Group.
