All is set for the fifth edition of the continental Trek Africa Awards and National Discourse, as the organizers has released the names of eminent African personalities that would be honored for their contributions to the social economy development and for making their lifestyle exemplary for the younger generation to emulate.
The event, which would be chaired by former Lagos PDP state chairman, Hon. Moshood Salvador, promises to attract as usual prominent public figures, including the Governor of Enugu, Taraba, Borno and Bayelsa States, Captain of Industry, Entrepreneurs, Diplomats, Celebrities, Policy Makers and Media Executives.

Chairman of Seplat petroleum, Dr. A.B.C Ojiakor would receive Trek Africa Businessman award, Ceo of GCA Energy, Mr. Greg Uanseru would be honored with Energy personality award, Non Executive Director, Wema Bank Plc, Mrs. Tina Vukor-Quarshie would receive Corporate Director of the year, Ceo Loatsad Promo Media, Mr. Seyi Tinubu would receive Innovative Advertiser of the year. Others includes, Director General, Liberia Agriculture Commodities Regulatory Authority from Republic of Liberia, Dr. John Flomo, Prince Oscar Ugo Sir from Ghana, Ceo Niger Delta Power Holding Company, Mr. Chiedu Ugbo, Otunba Dayo Olomu, Group Head, Corporate Communications, Dangote Industries Limited, Mr. Anthony Chiejina etc.

The annual National Discourse and Award Ceremony, which holds on Sunday 28th October at Presken Hotels, Ikeja have been strategically put together to have an impact on the role captain of industries and other stakeholders should play in addressing leadership and economy stability in the society.
The need to engage successful business and leadership titans in addressing burning national issues with the aim of seeking development at this critical period made the organizers to choose a seasoned and celebrated business leader, Dr A.
