Saluting the duo, the Chairman of Executive Group, Ogunsan affirmed that the new Chief of Staff is a great fit for the job. ‘Rt. Hon. Femi Gbajiabiamila has demonstrated excellence as a legislator. From his days as a member in the House to being the Chief Whip and the Speaker, he grew through the ranks and have learned what is required to deliver on this new job. He is well suited to work with our President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.’

‘We can all recall the bold imprints and how our new COS, Gbajabiamila made his mark in the tussle between the FG and ASUU, the impasse between Nigerian business community in Ghana, and other peace-building initiatives which he embarked on across Africa. ‘I am assured that Sen. George Akume who has being at a time the Governor of Benue state and has played many roles in the Red Chambers know his onions. He will give a good account as Secretary to the Government of the Federation’.
