NSCDC LAGOS COMMAND PASSES OUT 2019 INTAKES

The Lagos State Command of the Nigeria Security Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), has today held the Passing Out Parade of the 2019 Intakes at the State Command Headquarters in Alausa, Ikeja.

In a press statement e-signed and released to the National Association of Online Security News Publishers, NAOSNP by the Command’s Spokesperson, ASCI Abolurin Oluwaseun stated that, “The Nigeria Security Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Lagos State Command, today, Tuesday, 5th July, 2022, held the Passing Out Parade ( POP ), of the 2019 Intakes, at the State Command Headquarters, in Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos.”

According to the statement, “The Zonal Commander, NSCDC Zone A, Lagos, Assistant Commandant – General, Solomon Olasupo, PhD, graced the occasion and charged the intakes to be good ambassadors of the Corps, in any capacity they may find themselves, in the course of their career. He also praised the Commandant General ( CG ), NSCDC, CG Ahmed Abubakar Audi, PhD, mni, saying, “the POP witnessed today, in Lagos State Command, is also one of the laudable achievements of the CG, amongst many others, therefore, you are all expected to imbibe the spirit of professionalism and regimentation as you proceed in this service.”

The POP, which was anchored, by the Lagos State Command’s Public Relations Officer, ASCI Abolurin Oluwaseun, anipr, was also witnessed, by guests from other Sister Security Agencies, such as the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS), the Federal Fire Service (FFS) and the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC). The POP was also graced, by guests from National Identity Management Commission (NIMC), the Lagos State House of Assembly and the Badagry West Local Council Development Area respectively.

Meanwhile, the Commandant, NSCDC, Lagos State Command, Commandant Eweka Edenabu Okoro, msc, acma, cna, also seized the occasion to appreciate the Commandant General (CG), NSCDC, CG Ahmed Abubakar Audi, PhD, mni, for the successful completion of the three ( 3 ) months basic training, of the 2019 intakes in Lagos state Command and other states of the federation. He also charged the recruits to be disciplined and dedicated, in line with the Corps’ Standard Operating Procedures, Code of Conduct and the Acts of the National Assembly, establishing the Corps in 2003 and 2007 as amended, et ce tera.
