NKEM SOFELA CELEBRATES BIRTHDAY, BAGS AWARD

One of the leaders and Treasurer of Women for Southwest Agenda for Asiwaju (SWAGA), Deaconess Nkem Sofela was celebrated last week for her show of support towards the improvement of women in different spheres of life. The award was presented by Women for SWAGA at the official inauguration of the sociopolitical group in Lagos last week. It was also the same week as the birthday of the leading woman.
The Special Awards Ceremony had in attendance Mrs. Alawiye King who represented Senator Oluremi Tinubu OON; the wife of Lagos State Governor, Dr. Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu; the wife of Lagos State Deputy Governor, Mrs. Oluremi Hamzat; Former Southwest Women Leader APC, Chief Kemi Nelson; Commisioner for Women Affairs and Poverty Alleviation, Mrs Cecilia Bolaji Dada; Commissioner for Wealth Creation, Lagos, Mrs. Yetunde Arobieke; officers of the national body of Southwest Agenda for Asiwaju (SWAGA) and also from state chapters like Lagos, Osun, Rivers, Kogi etc.

Women for Southwest Agenda for Asiwaju (SWAGA) has vowed to give 5 million women votes to Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu. They also believe that he will emerge as the flagbearer of All Progressives Congress (APC) this May.
