Nigerian company GTEXT, unveils real estate mobile App

GTEXT Global, a real estate company on Thursday has unveiled its real estate mobile application (GVEST) to provide customers with a more efficient customer service experience.
Dr Stephen Akintayo, Chief Executive Officer(CEO), GTEXT Global made this known in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria(NAN) in Lagos.
Akintayo said the App was created to allow customers monitor and expand their investments stress free and from their convenient locations.
He revealed that the app, scheduled for an official launch in February, would also make work more seamless and also allow customers view the current status on their various properties.
“The app will also help our investors to track the growth of their investments and what we are doing as a company,” Akintayo said.
On the company’s projection for 2022, the GTEXT CEO said it would be giving brand new cars to customers and marketers every month.
Akintayo said that customer’s payment of choice properties would outrightly lead to the winning of a brand new car to be serviced and maintained by GTEXT.
He also said that the company had packaged an all expense paid trip for 200 people this year.
He added that the company was planning to expand its market reach by building 4, 000 housing units across the country.
“In 2021, we opened offices in Dubai, London and the United States and also opened 30 new offices in Nigeria.
“GTEXT also plans to increase it staff strength from 300 to 1000 by December to create job opportunities for Nigerian youths,” he said.
