Moshood Jimoh, Lagos commissioner of police, says effective policing requires officers to be physically present and actively engaged on the ground.
Speaking on Thursday during A Place at The Table, a quarterly live programme on News Central TV, Jimoh reiterated the command’s focus on intelligence-led policing and stronger collaboration with communities
