The Head of Marketing at PZ Cussons, Kemi Longe shone brightly at the recently held 10th Anniversary of Trek Africa Newspaper where she was inducted into the prestigious Trek Africa Hall of Fame alongside other big names like the Secretary to the State Government, Lagos State, Mrs. Abimbola Salu-Hundeyin; the Board Member of the Lagos State Security Trust Fund (LSSTF), Dr. Ayo Ogunsan; Deputy Majority Leader of Lagos House of Assembly, Hon. Adedamola Richard Kasunmu ARK; Founder and General Overseer of MFM, Dr. Daniel K. Olukoya; former member of the Federal House of Representatives, Hon. Ibrahim Obanikoro among other distinguished personalities.

 

During the event which doubled as the 10th edition of  the Trek Africa National Discourse TAND2023, the transformational business leader, a brand development and brand building expert also emerged as an awardee as Trek Africa Corporate Marketing Personality of the Year 2023. The honour was in recognition of her exemplary leadership style, demonstration of excellence and market leadership in the brand and marketing sector, her innovative marketing strategy and impressive track records coupled with her humanitarian approach to life.

Over the years, Kemi Longe has become a beacon of hope for women and the girlchild in the marketing communications and advertising sector. Diageo, Unilever, GlaxoSmithKline Consumer (Now Haleon) and PZ Cussons while spurring others to blossom in the same field.
