In a bid to enhance home ownership , Nigeria’s leading real estate company, GText Homes on Thursday, allocated plots of land to several owners at two of its flagship estates, the Jasper Smart City, Isheri and Sapphire Water City Estate, Owutu, Ikorodu.

The allocation was witnessed by two of GText Homes brand ambassadors namely, popular fuji musician, Alhaji Abass Akande Obesere, and On Air Personality and Yoruba Radio Presenter, Kola Olootu.

Also present are Mr Farouq Usman, Chief Executive Officer GText Homes, and Miss Queeneth Uchedu, General Manager, GText Homes.

At the two estates, several landowners took possession of their properties, not left out as one of the recipients was the Online social media Sensation, Mrs Deborah Adebisi popularly known as Mummy Zee.

Recall mummy Zee became an online sensation sometime in January after a post she made on X (Twitter) went viral of how she gets up as early as 4:00 am to cook for her husband.

This was followed by series of gifts, ambassadorial endorsements and encouinuims from members of the X community.

Mummy Zee thereafter, made a post on how she would prefer Land to Diamond and this landed her a property from Gtext Homes.

She therefore, expressed her appreciation to Gtext brand for not only reaching out but also keeping to their promises.

She stated that not all persons and brands that reached out online kept to their promises but Gtext Homes did.

“Gtext Homes promised to gift us a plot of land in one of their prime locations and they eventually came through and kept to their words.

“They made us understand that Investment in land is the best way to go.

Therefore, we would love to say a very big thank you to Dr Stephen Akintayo and the Gtext team. This is gold to us.

“A lot of people promised while a lot more joked about it but then it gave us visibility and we are so grateful, ” she said

She implored the people especially families to look up to God.

According to her, our prayer last year December was for God to surprise us and on the 4th of January, God came through for us.
