The Lagos State House of Assembly yesterday beamed it’s legislative searchlight on the alleged Private Sector Participant (PSP) deal on Land Administration between one ENL-NOVA LTD and the Lagos State Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development.
The story of the transaction, which was believed to be opaque, went viral on social media platforms few days ago.
The motion on the matter was brought before the House by the Chairman, House Committee on Physical Planning and Urban Development, Hon. Nureni Akinsanya
In his capacity as the Chairman House Committee on Lands, Hon. Adedamola Richard Kasunmu (ARK), made insightful contribution to the motion and his input formed part of the resolution of the House to summon the Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development and ENL-LOVA LTD to appear before the Lawmakers at the next sitting to shed more light on the alleged deal.
