LAGOS GOVERNOR ASSERTS: ‘I DON’T SLEEP ON SECURITY MATTERS IN LAGOS’

During the ongoing Lagos State Security Trust Fund, LSSTF, 17th Annual Town Hall Meeting on Security with the Governor, the Governor of Lagos State, Gov. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu in response to a concerned citizen of Lagos says he doesn’t sleep on Lagos matters. This is because he also feels what Lagos feels. While not ignoring that more can be done, he acknowledges and urges Lagosians to give honour when it is due, Trek Africa Newspaper can report.

Gov. Babajide Sanwo-Olu said: ‘In security there is no emotions. I don’t go to bed until 5am. We are not joking here. I don’t want to get emotional. I don’t sleep on security matters in Lagos. We have to take the forensics out, it was burnt down during SARS’.

On Mohbad matter, ‘There are people under detention until now. Let’s give little credit where it is deserved.’
