LAGOS CP, HAKEEM ODUMOSU, VISITS JAKANDE’S FAMILY, PAYS TRIBUTES

The Commissioner of Police, Lagos State, CP Hakeem Odumosu, today Friday 12th February, 2021 paid a condolence visit to the family of the late former Governor of Lagos State, Chief Lateef Jakande, at his Ilupeju residence.
CP Hakeem Odumosu, who arrived at the house of Chief Jakande at 1010am, was received by the wife, children and relations of the former Governor of Lagos State. While commiserating with the family, the Government and good people of Lagos State, he described the late nationalist as a man of the people who had written his name in gold in Lagos State and Nigeria at large.
The police boss affirmed that Pa Jakande’s death will create a vacuum in many spheres of our society, particularly in Lagos State.
He therefore prayed that God grants his family, the Government and the good people of Lagos State the fortitude to bear the loss; and grants baba Al-janat Fiduas.
