Kwara 2019: Tinubu invites Kwara Traditional Rulers

Ahead of the governorship elections come Saturday 9th march 2019, traditional rulers from Kwara are being invited to Lagos for a special meeting with the national leader of the All Progressive Congress – Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The meeting which is scheduled to hold at the protea hotel Lagos is considered to be the final strategy put in place to drum support for the candidate of the All Progressive Congress in the coming elections.
Expected at the meeting were the Emir of Ilorin, Oloffa of Offa, Elese of Igbaja land, Elerin of Erin ile, Olomu of Omu-Aran, Emirs of Patigi, Shonga, Tsaragi, Lafiaji, Okuta, Kiama, Yashikira and other second-class traditional rulers from Kwara State, While 3rd class and 4th class be schedule respectively…
A press briefing by the press secretary to the national leader affirms that a sizable number of the traditional leaders have consented to be at the meeting where strategic planning with APC power brokers from Kwara would be perfected, kwara is now fully under our leaders control as they shall be charge to deliver their wards effectively…
It could be recalled that the APC had a resounding victory at the last presidential and senatorial elections in the state, in a bid to repeat the same feat in the gubernatorial and house of assembly elections, the traditional rulers are now seen as a rallying point to carry support for the All Progressive Congress in the coming election.
