INEC Declares Muhammadu Buhari Winner of 2019 Presidential Election
President Buhari
*leads closest rival, Atiku with 3.9m votes
With 15,191,847 votes, President Muhammadu Buhari has secured the highest votes in Saturday’s presidential election.
According to the results declared by Mahmood Yakubu, chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Atiku Abubakar polled 11,262,978 votes.
