I Was Hurt Davido Didn’t Invite Me to His Wedding – Seun Kuti

Afrobeats singer Seun Kuti has shared his feelings about being left out of his colleague Davido’s wedding invitation.
He revealed that he felt frustrated when the DMW boss failed to invite him to the wedding.
Kuti made this disclosure during a recent episode of the show Curiosity Made Me Ask, hosted by content creator Bae U Barbie.
He recounted that he struggled to sleep for a week after being snubbed from Davido’s wedding guest list, expressing his disappointment.
Kuti explained that the situation was particularly hurtful because Davido and his entourage used to frequent his family’s bar and drink for free.
“Davido would come to the African Shrine with 100 guys, and he would drink without paying, but when it was time for his wedding, I didn’t get an invitation. I was hurt. I didn’t sleep for a week,” he said.
