The new Assistant Inspector-General of Police in charge of Zone 2 Police Command, AIG Olaleye Durosinmi has assured the good people of Lagos and Ogun states that he will deliver on the mandate of protecting law and order and upholding safety and security as he assumes office today in the Zonal Command, Onikan, Lagos. Noting that he is well aware of the terrain in the two states, he promised to fight crime and criminality in the states.
In his brief chat with Members of the National Association of Online Security News Publishers, NAOSNP, AIG Olaleye Durosinmi shared: ‘I want to thank God Almighty from bringing me here. I want to thank the Inspector-General of Police, IGP Kayode Adeolu Egbetokun for finding me good enough to be here. Whatever I have done before in my various capacities, I will do better here. I am here to fight crime and criminality in Lagos and Ogun states.’
