The Enterprising, Enthusiastic, Tenacious, Industrious, Energetic and Result oriented Executive Chairman of Surulere Local Government, Hon. Tajudeen Yusuf Oriyomi AJIDE, a.k.a. ‘Omigborotiti’ emerges the Grassroots Pillar of Education (G.P.E.) ‘Southwest Zone, courtesy the endorsement of the Youth leaders in Lagos and the entire Southwest.
The Award presentation was held at the main auditorium of the Federal Ministry of Education, F.C.T. Abuja today Thursday 10th December, 2020.
This well deserved honour is not unconnected with the dint of hardwork and the Mayor’s persistent drive and magnanimous support for quality education as a sustainable development goal.
The Montessori Training powered by the Numero Uno of Surulere in July 2019 for 200 Teachers in Surulere Local Government, Aguda/Coker LCDA & Itire/Ikate LCDA, with the cooperation of the N.U.T. Surulere under the able leadership of Comrade Joseph Olugbenga Shoremekun, in collaboration with the U.K. Consultants remains a golden proof of Ajide’s undying commitment for Education at the Grassroots.
