From Marine-Beach to Oke-Oja, Badia, and Sari-Iganmu, the Golden Mother’s name is synonymous with excellence.
As a progressive leader and politician, Hon. Chief Mrs. Fadekemi Otitonaiye runs a non-profit foundation dedicated to giving back to the people. Many Apapa-Iganmu residents have benefited from the foundation’s programs and can attest to its impact.
HRM Oba Abdul Fatai Aromire, the Oba of Ojora and Iganmu kingdom, bestowed the title “The Iyalode Marine Beach Community” upon her due to her remarkable contributions to the community.
In the youth space, the former APC Lagos Central Senatorial Woman Leader has made a significant mark. She has facilitated tertiary education scholarships for many Apapa-Iganmu youths, earning her the title “Mama Awọn Youth” (Mother of the Youth).

Don’t remain silent on matters that are crucial to you and your community. The Golden Mother of Apapa-Iganmu’s mission is to uplift as many Apapa-Iganmu residents as possible, emulating the leadership of Senator Oluremi Tinubu OON and continuing the good legacy of Hon. (Dr.) Funmilayo Akande Muhammed’s administration.
