Gtext Homes Housing scheme has generated over 400 per cent ROI for investors – Farouq Usman

Mr Farouq Usman, Chief Executive Officer, Gtext Homes, a Real Estate company in Nigeria, has disclosed that their housing scheme in Ibeju-Lekki has generated over 400 per cent Return On Investment (ROI) for investors.
Usman stated this during the recent allocation at Jasper Smart City at Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos while urging prospective investors to key in their housing schemes in their respective estates.
He revealed that all Gtext lands had grown significantly because they had gone through the land banking phase of 3-5 years which gives a minimum of 300-500 per cent ROI.
