Gtext Holdings Pioneers Live-Site Real Estate Masterclass to Empower Independent Realtors

In a strategic move to deepen capacity within Africa’s real estate sector, global conglomerate Gtext Holdings successfully hosted an immersive, live-site operational training for over 100 independent realtors over the weekend. The intensive field exercise took place on Saturday, May 16, 2026, across two of the company’s prime developmental hubs: Beryl Estate along the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway and Beryl Estate in Kobape, situated along the Abeokuta Expressway.
The initiative, designed to bridge the gap between classroom real estate theory and practical field execution, provided the participating wealth advisors with firsthand insights into land banking dynamics, structural zoning, and modern real estate marketing.
Leading the training sessions was Dr. Stephen Akintayo, the renowned founder of Gtext Holdings and Chairman SACI Holdings. Dr. Akintayo engaged the realtors directly on-site, sharing profound teachable moments from his nearly two decades of navigating the continental property terrain. Through real-world case studies and operational walkthroughs, the participants were equipped with the strategies required to scale their portfolios and better serve global investors.

“Real estate excellence requires a deep connection to the land and an understanding of future infrastructure mapping,” stated Dr. Akintayo during the site inspection. “By bringing our realtors directly onto the field at our Beryl Estate projects, we are nurturing a network of highly informed professionals who can accurately interpret market trends, structural value, and transgenerational wealth creation for clients.”
As Gtext Holdings counts down to its landmark 18th anniversary, the live-site masterclass underscores the group’s ongoing commitment to industry-wide mentorship, professional human capital development, and the institutionalisation of international best practices within the Nigerian real estate ecosystem.
