First Holdco Completes Sale Of FBNQuest Merchant Bank

Nigeria’s leading and diversified financial services company, First Holdco Plc has successfully completed the divestment of it’s merchant bank business FBNQuest Limited.
In a press statement e-signed by the Group Company Secretary, Abiola Baruwa and released to Trek Africa Newspaper stated that, “In line with the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) Rulebook, we wish to inform NGX and the investing public that First HoldCo Plc has successfully completed the full divestment of its 100% ownership in FBNQuest Merchant Bank Limited to EverQuest Acquisition LLP.”
According to the statement, “This transaction has been finalized after obtaining all necessary regulatory approvals from the Central Bank of Nigeria.”
