Today, I join thousands of well-wishers to celebrate one of ours, an ingenious progressive leader and the Deputy Governor of Lagos State, Dr. Kadri Obafemi Hamzat, an intelligent man to the core.
Honour is to this enlightened figure, who necessitated the application of modern technology as the Commissioner for Science and Technology, back in 2005 and thereafter.
His performance was nothing but spesh under the leadership of APC National Leader, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Babatunde Raji Fashola as Ex-Governors, giving the state an exceptional look on data and keeping to get rid of abnormalities. What a substantial achievement from this experienced brainbox.
