Lagos Commissioner of police, CP Hakeem Odumosu has warned Kidnappers wishing to come and and perpetrate their evil acts in Lagos to have a rethink or prepare to meet untimely death, City News reports.

Odumosu sounded the note of warning today whilst briefing the press at his Ikeja GRA office.
