The Commissioner of Police, Lagos State, Edgal Imohimi, has been removed.
The TREK Africa that the police boss had been replaced by Mr. Kayode Egbetokun, who is in acting capacity.
Imohimi is expected to resume as the Commissioner of Police in charge of Explosive Ordinance Unit at the Force Headquarters, Abuja.
Edgal Imohimi assumed office as Lagos CP on August 31, 2017. Before then, he was the Deputy Commissioner of Police in charge of Operations in Lagos State.
