With every growth in the life of a human usually comes respective change in lifestyle. Leadership also massively transforms the lifestyle of people. This is true for the reigning King, Olofin of Isheri Kingdom in Lagos-Ogun State.

The respected monarch, HRM Oba Sulaiman Adekunle Bamgbade (Ayodele III), who emerged the 20th Olofin of Isheri and the Adimula of Awori Kingdoms almost a year ago on 15th September 2021 revealed that his new role as the leader of his people has had remarkable impact on the way he lives his life today.

Speaking with delegate executive members of the National Association of Online Security News Publishers, NAOSNP led by the National President, Comrade Oki Samson in an exclusive chat, he described: ‘Since I came into office there has been many lifestyle changes, I can’t just sit outside, I can’t shake people, there is a lot. I used to be a football player but can I kick a ball now? The way I interact with my friends and family before has changed. Tradition has taken it away. Some of my leisure activities have changed. I can’t just see something I like now and stop to get it. Olofin is a big king I only pray to keep it the way it has been. My lifestyle has changed.’

However, looking on the bright side, HRM Oba Sulaiman Adekunle Bamgbade (Ayodele III), added: ‘At the same time, when I threw my hat into the ring to contest the Olofin stool, there are some things I wanted to change right from childhood, I decided that this is the time to change them. It has given me a lot of exposure that I didn’t have in the past. I have met many people and interacted with people that I look at from a long distance. It has given me some lifestyle that I dream of.’

‘I have had the grace of God to pilot the affairs of this land. It is a different life from what I was used to. It is been challenging so far. It has been a wonderful experience so far. By God’s Grace I am still learning and as time goes on I will continue to gather more experience’, he appreciated Divine Providence for his pride of place.
