Following the directive of the Inspector-General of Police, IGP Kayode Adeolu Egbetokun for the redeployment of some senior police officers, the Zone 2 Police Command (Lagos and Ogun) now has a new Head, Trek Africa Newspaper can report. The directive effectively makes AIG Durosinmi A. Olaleye the new AIG in charge of Zone 2 while AIG Ari Mohammed Ali moves to the Force Headquarters, Abuja.
Congratulating the new AIG as he assumes the office in Zone 2, the Board Member of Lagos State Security Trust Fund (LSSTF), Dr. Ayo Ogunsan wants him to swing into action immediately. ‘I congratulate the new AIG in charge of Zone 2, AIG Olaleye Durosinmi. Your deployment to the strategic Zone 2 covering Lagos and Ogun states is a testament that the Police management team led by the IGP Kayode Adeolu Egbetokun have immense confidence in you to deliver.’
