AKANDE-MUHAMMED RECEIVES OBA OF OJORA, IYALODE AT APAPA-IGANMU COUNCIL OVER SECRETARIAT’S ATTACK

Apapa Iganmu Local Government Development Area Chairman, Hon. (Dr). Funmilayo Akande Muhammed today being Wednesday 4th November, 2020 received his royal majesty, Oba Fatai Aromire, the paramount king of Ojora Kingdom, the entire Bale’s and Balogun in Apapa Iganmu lcda and the Iyalode of Ebutte Iganmu at the charred Apapa Iganmu local government secretariat in Gaskiya road, Badia Ijora on a commiseration visits.
The legendary leader and paramount king of Ojora kingdom, HRM Oba Fatai Aromire {Oyegbemi ll of Ojora Kingdom} strode majestically into the plundered local government secretariat where his Bale’s, the Balogun, Iyalode and the Executive Chairman of Apapa Iganmu Local Council Development Area, Hon. Funmilayo Akande Muhammed were already sitted patiently waiting for his arrival to receive him. Upon seeing the horrible pillaged council secretariat, the king countenance changed immediately.
In his address speech, the paramount king through the media team of the people’s council expressed his denunciation and total disapprobation over the extents of damages seen. He said in yoruba parlance ” this is just an undiluted wickedness and a vicious act. No responsible human being who has value for money and is well trained and nurtured from infants will cause this kind of damage and render everyone in severe pains.”
“He further asserted that this large-scale destruction of assets and looting is uncalled for. He commended the chairman for being a lover of peace and for her ability and capabilities in handling the affairs of Apapa Iganmu LCDA. Briefing the media team of Apapa Iganmu LCDA, the respectable and dynamic Oba said he is here for an assessment of assets vandalised being the paramount king of the entire Ojora Kingdom and to commiserate with the entire residents of this community to forestall future reoccurrence.”
He concluded by giving a word of prayers to the Chairman and all staffs that welcomed him whilst they continue chanting his praise and eulogy.
