ACCORD Party Members Decamped To APC in Ikosi-Isheri LCDA, As Mayoress Bada Urges LOC To Work For Party’s Success

The Mayoress of Ikosi-isheri LCDA, Princess Samiat Abolanle Bada, had a meeting with the Local organizing committee (LOC) members of Ikosi-isheri LCDA.
As the Chairman of the LOC, she charged the committee members to serve as the arrow heads of the bye-election campaign and ensure all party agents and canvassers do their works dutifully.
The meeting also witnessed the decamping of a group of erstwhile ACCORD party members under the leadership of Hon. Owolabi ATINGA. While they were being welcomed to the progressive fold, they vouched to give their unalloyed support to the Senatorial and Assembly candidates (Mr. Tokunbo Abiru and Hon. Femi Saheed) and promised to vote en masse for APC party in the upcoming bye-election.
The present LAHA Kososfe II aspirants: Hon. Adeyinka Adediran and Hon. Toyin Balogun urged all party members to let go of any grievances and work in Unity for the common cause.
Also present at the meeting were the Deputy Mayor – Alhaji Mukaila Adisa, Hon. Abiodun Martins, Hon. Adetunji, Chairperson – Mrs Muyibat Balogun, LGA Deputy Chair – Hon. Seyi Odufowokan, LGA Youth Leader – Mr. Ahmed Idowu, ward chairmen and some party elders.
