As part of its corporate social responsibility (CSR) matrix and activities heralding its 18th anniversary, Gtext Holdings returned to its historical tradition of grassroots empowerment by hosting a community-wide free fuelling and energy distribution exercise on Thursday, May 14, 2026. The impact drive, which took place at the Rainoil Limited service station in Ibafo, Ogun State, directly benefited over 100 residents and transport workers.
The outreach served as a targeted palliative intervention, with the corporate organisation distributing free premium motor spirit (fuel) to commercial transport operators and private motorists, alongside the distribution of free cooking gas to household consumers within the Ibafo axis.

The initiative marks a continuous lineage of corporate philanthropy for Gtext Holdings, which originally pioneered the free fuelling exercise by a real estate company in the Nigeria as far back as 2017. The project aligns with the company’s structural policy of giving back to the host communities that have anchored its business operations over nearly two decades.
“Our impending 18th anniversary is not merely a milestone of commercial success, but a celebration of shared resilience with the community,” the company stated in an official release. “Part of our core corporate philosophy under our visionary leader, Dr. Stephen Akintayo, is to consistently lower the barrier of economic friction for the public. This exercise is an extension of that sustainable support matrix, and we return all glory to God for the ability to serve.”

Through the Stephen Akintayo Foundation and the corporate arms of Gtext Holdings, the organisation continues to implement high-impact social investments spanning food security, education, and energy palliatives, ensuring that its global real estate footprint is matched by local socioeconomic advancement.
