2019: Buba Marwa’s Daughter, Zainab Pick APC House of Representative Nomination Form in Abuja

Former Military Administrative Governor of Lagos State; Rtd. Brigadier General, Dr. Mohammed Buba Marwa’s Daughter, Barr. (Mrs.) Zainab Marwa-Abubakar on wednesday obtained the nomination form to contest house of representative election in AMAC and Bwari federal constituency, Fct on the platform of the All Progressive Congress (APC) in the 2019 general election.
The lawyer turned politician is the co-founder of The Beehive Initiative. A Non profit governmental organization championing the cause of grassroots value reorientation, good governance and communities empowerment in order to improve the living standards in the communities.

Abubakar spoke at the party secretariat in abuja yesterday shortly after obtaining her nomination form to contest house of representative race in Amac and Bwari federal constituency, promising to provide people base and purposeful representation for the good people of her constituency.
Abubakar explained her decision to obtain the nomination form, noting that she picked the form after accepting the calls from her people to contest house of representative election.
She said: “In response to calls by my people and in keeping with my strong desire to upscale the excellent work we have been experiencing by the President Buhari’s led Federal government led administration in the country through effective, masses needs and purposeful representation, I have picked up the APC nomination form for Amac bwari constituency.”
This cut across the provision of qualitative health care system, education, youth empowerment, water, infrastructures among others.”
She therefore assured that the people of the federal constituency would enjoy true dividends of democracy and add values to the social-economic growth of the constituency if elected in the next year general election, she assured.
