LSSTF CEO, Ogunsan Presents Operational Vehicle to MOPOL 20 • Commander, ACP Idris lauds funding agency’s timely intervention

The Commander of MOPOL 20, Nigeria Police Force, ACP Abubakar Idris, has paid a courtesy visit to the Executive Secretary/CEO of the Lagos State Security Trust Fund (LSSTF), Dr. Ayodele Ogunsan, during which an operational vehicle was officially presented to the unit to enhance its operational efficiency, National Association of Online Security News Publishers, NAOSNP can report. The vehicle is expected to improve MOPOL 20’s ability to respond swiftly to security incidents and reinforce ongoing policing operations.
Dr. Ayo Ogunsan welcomed the Commander and emphasized the importance of sustained partnerships with tactical policing units, describing them as essential to maintaining public order and strengthening security outcomes in the state.

ACP Idris expressed deep appreciation to LSSTF for the continued logistical support, noting that the operational vehicle would significantly enhance the unit’s effectiveness. He reaffirmed MOPOL 20’s commitment to supporting statewide security efforts and ensuring the protection of lives, property, and critical infrastructure.
Also present at the meeting were LSSTF Director of Administration, Mr. Adegbola Lewis; Executive Assistant, Mrs. Adaobi Nwankwo; and Commander of the Rapid Response Squad (RRS), CSP Shola Jejeloye.

The Mobile Police Force (MOPOL) serves as the tactical, paramilitary, and rapid response arm of the Nigeria Police Force, responsible for managing public disorder, supporting anti-crime operations, and providing specialized reinforcement in complex security situations.
