Lagos State Security Trust Fund Donates Tyres, Batteries to Lagos Police Command

The Lagos State Security Trust Fund (LSSTF) has donated tyres and batteries to the Lagos State Police Command to enhance the mobility of Police patrol vehicles across the state. The donation which comprised eight tyres for operational vehicles and two batteries are critical to sustaining effective patrol and rapid response duties.
The items were presented by the Director of Administration, LSSTF, Mr. Degbola Lewis, and were received by the Administrative Officer of the Lagos State Police Command, CSP Aka Shittu.
During the presentation, Mr. Lewis reaffirmed the fund’s commitment to supporting the Nigeria Police Force with essential resources required for effective policing and public safety. He noted that timely logistical support remains vital to maintaining operational efficiency.
CSP Aka Shittu expressed appreciation to the LSSTF for the donation, describing it as timely and impactful in supporting the Command’s daily security operations across the State.
The intervention is part of LSSTF’s ongoing support for logistics and equipment maintenance for security agencies in Lagos State.
