AIG Zone 2 Honours Retiring Officers After 35 Years of Meritorious Service

The Assistant Inspector General of Police in charge of zone 2 headquarters, lagos AIG Adegoke M. Fayoade, mni, psc has formally honored a group of officers who are retiring from the force after a successful and outstanding 35 years of service to the nation.
The ceremony which took place at the MD Abubakar hall, Zone 2 headquarters, Onikan, Lagos was organized to celebrate the selfless service, commitment, professionalism and gallantry of the retiring officers who devoted their productive years to serve their fatherland in the Nigeria Police Force.
Speaking at the event, AIG Adegoke M. fayoade mni, psc, congratulated the officers and commended them for their discipline, dedication and sacrifice to the Force and the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
As part of the ceremony, the retiring officers were presented with gifts in recognition of their selfless service while in the force. The relatives of officers in the zone who paid the ultimate price in line of duty was likewise recognized, condoled and presented with gifts.
