BAYELSA SWAN FELICITATES WITH PERMANENT SECRETARY, MINISTRY OF SPORTS DEVELOPMENT ON HER BIRTHDAY

The Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN), Bayelsa State Chapter, warmly felicitates with the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Sports Development, Mrs. Grace Alagoa, on the occasion of her birthday.

Also the Honourable commissioner for Sports Development, Bayelsa State, Champion Daniel Igali has on behalf of the entire staff of the ministry felicitates with the Permanent Secretary of the ministry, Mrs Grace Alagoa on the occasion of her birthday anniversary.
Daniel Igali in a goodwill message on Saturday thanks Mrs Grace Alagoa for the positive energy, patriotism and the invaluable contributions she brings in manning a very important ministry, which is strategic in moulding a better future for the state and harnessing the innate potentials and talent of Bayelsans in sports.
According to Igali, the achievements of the sports ministry can’t be stated completely without mentioning her contributions. Morally and physically, in terms of advice, support, and pushing to see that the policies and programmes of the government are carried out efficiently.
“She has been agile, vibrant, and consistent and has been cerebral and oracular in proffering suggestions and solutions to challenges in the ministry.”
