As part of efforts to check insecurity in the Federal Capital Territory, the FCT Honourable Minister, Barrister Ezenwo Nyesom Wike has presented 50 operational vehicles and communication gadgets to security agencies in the FCT.

Barrister Wike made the presentation in Abuja on Friday, July 5, 2024 during a ceremony, attended by the heads of the various security agencies including the Nigerian Army, Nigeria Police, NSCDC and others, in the nation’s capital.

Some of the operational vehicles presented by the Honourable Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Chief Barr. Nyesom Wike to the Nigerian Army, Police, NSCDC and other security agencies in the FCT.

Meanwhile, the Commandant, Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, NSCDC FCT Command, Commandant Olusola Odumosu has commended the gesture of the FCT Honourable Minister in a short statement he personally made to the National Association of Online Security News Publishers, NAOSNP.

Odumosu stated, “To the Glory of God, the NSCDC FCT Command received 8 brand new operational vehicles from the Hon Min of FCT, Chief (Barr) Nyesom Wike, on Friday 5th July, 2004. Thank you for your support always.”
